Congratulations to four Innovation Academy students on being shortlisted for the Future Voices final.

CT&I was held for the first time in UCD's new Academy space at Newman House, St Stephens Green.

As part of a 2 day review of the Academy, President Hennessy spent his second day in UCD and had lunch with Academy students who showed him various samples of their work and had a wonderful opportunity to chat to him over lunch.

Dr Hennessy met with Innovation Academy students and staff and learned more about the cross-institutional, multidiciplinary programme in innovation and entrepreneurship which is available to PhD students in Trinity and UCD.

Students from the Innovation Academy present their 'Pitch' to host organisations, including HP, IBM, Citi, Dublin City Council, DEBRA Ireland and Rough Magic Theatre Company. The event was held in the Science Gallery, TCD and sponsored by Grant Thornton.

Students from the Creative Thinking & Innovation course spend a day redesigning luggage in Area 14 of Dublin Airport. Thanks to the DAA for giving us the space.
