Plans for the UCD Innovation Academy Fellowship 2021:
This Fellowship allows me to further explore a collaborative transdisciplinary venture that focuses on the landscape as the frame for some of the world’s most intractable problems. Teaching collaboration is central to this venture. At its heart is an international teaching lab and think tank, or hub, that would have a presence on the UCD campus. This would be a hub for experimental educators willing to team-up to explore the potential of transdisciplinary pedagogies in addressing local and global challenges through the landscape lens. For the moment, this is an idea, but some pilot projects have been carried out, some lessons have been learned and a tiny nucleus of interested collaborators already exists. Can we build on this?
