Thomas brings over 30 years of global experience across a diverse range of areas from software and product development in Silicon Valley, to leading sustainability practices in a UK engineering and construction company, to business consultancy on sustainability and most recently as Programme Director for the Sustainability Programmes at Chatham University, Pittsburgh, USA. His education includes a BA International Relations, from the University of Southern California, MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a PhD focused on Sustainable Business from the University of East Anglia.
