Gabrielle (Gay) Haskins is a former Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and co-Director of the Entrepreneurial University Leaders Programme (EULP), a programme developed specifically for University Leaders, focussing on entrepreneurship, innovation and change in the Higher Education sector. She has worked for over thirty years in the field of management and leadership development and has been Dean of Executive Education at Saïd Business School, the Indian School of Business and London Business School. Highly international, she has also served as Director General of the European Foundation for Management Development in Brussels. Gay has co-authored various papers and reports on management development and global social responsibility and was a founding member of the European Women’s Management Development Network. She was awarded the 1995 prize of the Sven Ake Nilsson Memorial Fund in Sweden in recognition of her contribution to management development. She is a member of the Royal Society of Arts and the Advisory Board to EADA Business School in Spain.
