Professor Christine Ortiz is the Morris Cohen Professor of Materials Science and Engineering and Director of the MIT Technology and Policy Program (MIT TPP) at MIT.

She is also the Founder of Station1, a pioneering nonprofit higher education institution focused on shaping trajectories and cascading societal and planetary impacts through “directional science and technology.”
