Rosie is an educator and facilitation specialist. After starting her career as a maths teacher, Rosie moved into teacher development and training. She is passionate about building communities of practice, and led the UK Spirals of Inquiry Network in collaboration with the Networks for Inquiry & Indigenous Education, Canada.

Rosie recently designed and authored a national programme of professional development to support newly qualified teachers in England. She also conducted a research project on behalf of Unicef into the experience of refugee teachers in Jordan.

Rosie loves the challenge of designing learning experiences that enhance self- and collective-efficacy. Building on her experience as lead practitioner for coaching & wellbeing at School 21, Rosie champions collaborative learning, the power of oracy and relational practice.

Rosie has an MEd with a dual specialism in post-conflict education and teacher well-being and motivation. She is an ardent advocate for integrated education in Northern Ireland and was a founding member of the Integrated AlumNI which now runs in multiple cities across the UK and Ireland.
